30-day return policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return option within 30 days from the date you receive the item.

Between day 15 and day 30 after receipt, under this voluntary return right, the product should be unused, complete and, where possible, in its original packaging.

This voluntary return option does not in any way limit your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or any other statutory consumer rights.

To arrange a return, you may contact us at office@climeo.eu. However, our prior approval is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email to office@climeo.eu.

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the goods

After informing us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have expressly agreed to bear that cost.

You may examine the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Use of the original packaging or complete non-use of the product are not conditions for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Defective or incorrect products

If the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect or not in conformity with the contract, your statutory rights remain fully applicable. In that case, contact us at office@climeo.eu.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply only in the cases provided for by applicable law.

Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard method are not refunded.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
